PHASE 01

Coordination

We coordinate the technical teams and keep the mission on
track - owning the project timeline, budget and resource
allocation so every department stays aligned and moving
towards the same goals. When something blocks a team, we
help unblock it fast and keep communication flowing across
the whole project.

PHASE 02

Partnerships

We build the partnerships that make the hardware possible
- signing agreements with companies for materials,
manufacturing and testing, from carbon fibre for
Aerostructures to test facilities for Propulsion. We negotiate
the terms, protect the budget and grow relationships that
support this rocket and the next ones.

PHASE 03

Sustainability & funding

We secure the project's future - organising sponsorships,
raising funding and managing relationships with university
officials, corporate partners and regulatory bodies. Handling
the strategic and administrative side is what lets the
engineers focus on engineering, and keeps THRUST
financially and operationally alive.
